"Capuchin Legal Services" - Mary Queen of Peace Capuchin Province South Tamilnadu

On April 13, 2024, A momentous occasion took place today in Thirumangalam, Madurai as Mary Queen of Peace Capuchin Province, inaugurated "Capuchin Legal Services" (CLS) designed to assist underprivileged and uneducated individuals in need. This initiative, situated at Nirmala Ashram, was opened by Fr. John Jhul, the Provincial of Central Canada, and blessed by Fr. Lawrence SoosaiNathan, the Provincial of Mary Queen of Peace, Capuchin Province. Their blessing underscored the cell's mission to provide vital legal support to those less fortunate and the poor in the community. Special thanks and applause were extended to Fr. George Bernard Shaw (Councillor), Fr. John Arumainathan (Advocate), Fr. Peter Durai (Parish Preist) and Fr. Britto ( Provincial Procurator) for their support, presence, and guidance in making this initiative possible.
